Artists are solely responsible for:

• royalty rights

Users may NOT upload or distribute:

• copyrighted material without permission
• illegal or infringing content
• fraudulent or misleading metadata
• malware or harmful files
• hate speech or illegal content

We reserve the right to remove content without notice.

By uploading content, you grant 432hz444hz.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, stream, distribute, and display your content within the Platform. You retain full ownership of your content.

If monetization features are enabled: payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe); artists are responsible for tax obligations; the platform may deduct service fees if applicable.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your rights, you may request removal by contacting 432hz444hzmusic@gmail.com. We may remove content and/or suspend accounts for repeated violations.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or accuracy of user uploads. 432hz444hz.com is not responsible for user-generated content, copyright violations by users, incorrect metadata or track information, or losses resulting from use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 432hz444hz.com shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or legal disputes between users.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, delete accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion, especially in case of violations of these Terms, copyright infringement, or fraudulent activity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 432hz444hz.com from copyright claims, legal disputes, damages caused by your content, and third-party claims.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
